I have a server merge problem with my account, contacting the in game customer service doesn't help, been waiting for 3 days got 2 respond that basically a copy paste of each other.
After the merge I can't access into the server I am playing at, the loading screen stop at 14% right after the sound.swf finished loading, a pop up appeared "Connection failed. Please contact customer service" Which I did and I only received unhelpful reply after a day of waiting. Ya da ya da ya da Flash, browser, vpn. Please send secreen shot if all the stop didn't help, which of course I did sent a sreenshot to get basically the same reply again a day later which said basically the same thing and asking me to send screen shot again.
The problem didn't come form my side because the same account can go to any other server just fine, only the server I was playing on that got merged. For the record, flash latest version, no popup blocker, with or without vpn doesn't work for that server. Jump onto another server and everything work jsut fine, go onto that server, the problem happen.
I expect to have the problem resolve before this got lock, don't give me a we are looking into it then lock this post because that would be just plain unprofessional. Give me the reason then resolve the reason.
P/s the verification code works really well guys, took me at least 30 tries to get one that I can barely read, there are people out there that are colour blinded you know?P/ss: S213- Giant Sand Burrial- Character name HottestAunt
