I have the same problem , and from what i see it was on last time this event was on going, and they still haven't fix it.......

lmao from now i will know as i see these 2 event to write to support before the maintence so they can try to fix it XD

Ninja mission bugged;can't claim rewards( did not do survival since people from my server told me that's the same with that event.) Clearing cache did not helped
