My thoughts:
Doesn't have the debuff immunity of some other Jinchuuriki but the 20 chakra can be usefull. I see him more of a fun pick as it can be very amusing to add enemy ninjas to your lineup. That being said he can sometimes be usefull as the summoned cloned acts like a ninja who just entered the battlefield (resets the barrier, gives your team the same buffs etc.) so there is a use for him in barrier/buff stealing or boosting your team with a healer you copy from the enemy. Have in mind that the clone can't launch Mystery attacks. Acupuncture in chase is a strong point of his as well.
