They didn't lie about it, they were just unprofessional enough ( not to say dumb ) to not understand that such a change is practically impossible for the developing team.
I think it was PR mistake by not understanding the situation, like saying your GPU has 4GB of VRAM when it actually has 3500 MB + 500 MB slower ass VRAM.

You'd want to 5* him, since real change is at mystery+2 where he hits and paralyzes 12 targets. +1 mystery givees you paralyze on 4 targets. Decide yourself if you value that paralyze more than 5% stats (~500 power). I'd personally upgrade his stars, then break him.

Everybody remembers the promise they made to bring back mood scrolls but none remembers the promise they made about changing group rewards for weekly activities, LOL.

Tendo on lucky stars should be way cheaper than 90 points for 1 frag. "How come AY is cheaper than a TENDO?!?!". 25/50 points for 1 Tendo frag should be more than enough (and the F2P will be able to grab him aswell).

The difference is that thanks to UT you can get tendo for around 3.5k coupons, while Ay needs over 37k coupons. Tendo frags costs are obviously very inflated, but getting him for 3.5k coupons is still very tempting to many players.

On the other hand lucky stars are GREAT for medium refines. from 60 spins i was able to get 90 of them. In other words a cost per refine of 13.3 coupons which is one of the best i have seen ever. This event should only be considered for medium refines. Or tendo if you really want to get him at 3.5k coupons. Getting him through free frags in spins is unreasonable, i only got 1 ay frag in 60 spins.

1 frag goes for 350 points. You want 50 so you need a total of 17500 points.

10 shuriken get you around 65 points.

7 days 10 daily shuriken get you 455 free points. You still need 17045 more points.

In other words you need a little over 262 x10 shuriken. Which is equivalent to spending 100*262 ingots so 26.2 k ingots.

In money tems it costs around 520$ (if i did my math correctly)

Here's My Suggestion On Getting 9-Tails Chakra Naruto Either Get Lucky On The Seal Treasure Or Collect Fragments As He Becomes Available In Events And Finally Use Spare Fragments From Your 5-Star Characters To Get One Fragment Of Him At A Time. Personally I Like The Idea Of The Skill Breakthrough System It Ups The Challenge Of The Game. Besides Who Doesn't Like A Good Challenge Since It Keeps Things Interesting For The Players Who Play A Game Just To Overcome Its Trials And Tribulations And Say I've Done It When It's All Over?

I have to agree and disagree with you.

I do agree that anyone that has played this game for a good amounght of time (lets say 6 months) should recharge at least 5$. It's the price of an indie game, and won't make you poorer, and for the time you already spend in it, the game deserves it, Oasis might not, but the game does.

I have to partially disagree that they don't care for f2p, Oasis doesn't even give a * about people that spend 100$ every week let alone f2p.
And here resides one of the biggest problem with the way this game is being run.
If you spend money very week you should have a * voice, no matter if you spend 1000$ or 10$. Not all of us live in a country with a strong economy that allows us to spend huge piles of cash in a single game, so if by saving up we spend less, but do spend, we should be respected, and that isn't happening.
The gap just keeps getting bigger and bigger and there is nothing that can be done, because they keep releasing new features with high price points that only the big spenders have access to, and when the other finally have access to it the big spenders are already to far to reach and there are already new features for them to keep increasing the gap.
