i would assume 2500 top up per day over 7days for minato if the last event with Susanoo Sasuke is anything to go by :P

This rebate yes but the the next one depends if they change which seals is ok for rebate

you do know skillbooks and skillbreaks are two diffrent things? so your comment is kinda * skill books is what we are getting skill breaks changes skills even more mutates them sometimes changing the skill completely. we getting skill books which while it improves the characters and makes them slightly more relevant to higher levels.

I can firmly say yes, This is not a game about f2p and p2p game...its about crazy spender and small spender game....If you are the f2p and still complain about this game, I can just say Knock it off. Many of the player in chinese server complained about how crazy this game drain ppl's money out...and many of them had quited the game. And for the point you said heavy spenders are "Whale"....I would just say all spendings or rechrarges are based on players' decision making...they should all take responsibility for that...and if they bought ninja that has no use to their BP, its still their decision making...there is scam or "whales" exist, byut only your misconception or illusion that you thought you can surpass other by buying a paid ninjas.

I hate to break it to ya buddy, but I'm still 100% F2p. No Gaara bullcrap (seriously man, why would I buy Gaara if I'm Dosu?) or anything like that. I also have a fair amount of group mates and server mates who remain total f2p.

True, I would've gone to better things normally. But I can't leave yet...
