Why Tobirama and Hashirama are available now for breaktrough? There's no edo tensei Tobirama nor any Hashirama sage mode avaliable that could justify a power up of these two. Breaktrough is meant to give back value to ninjas whose better version is just now available. Why them and not Gaara, Haku or other Konohas ninjas? Makes no sense.
