• Would it really kill you to put Seal Rebate after Maintenance? I have scrolls to burn but you're making me wait extra days for no good reason, why can't you just let Rebates go the entire week, all it'd to is make people more tempted to buy into them.

• That logic makes no sense, if people can't wait they'd already be using them.
  
  Knowing there is a Seal Rebate coming at some point during the week means you are absolutely going to wait for it, why would you wait, then see rebate coming a few days away and suddenly cave in and not wait?
