Hello,
1. Mood scrolls :- Our team are still in the midst of having this up, mind you will be saying what takes it so long to be honest i have no answer, but looking from the other side we are still working on it and the final decisions are yet to be known lets just hope for the best.
2. New ninjas to the shops :- We have notify the management on the lack of ninjas available in shop but my point is this, while we moderators are players like you guys as well we do have similar concerns and we raised it up we even have a new thread opened which is Event Feedback to get your suggestions and ensure it is in order for our references.
3. As players we have no control on the speed of the patch implementations, best we could do is keep it highlighted on weekly / monthly basis. Before we keep bombarding oasis over the delay / lack of "certain" aspects of the game please take a look from an overall point of view which Oasis Team did bring changes, events and new patches to the game it might not suit your cup of tea but still everyone have something new to do / aim for now.
4. On the balance of the events, nowadays we are trying to suit everyone preferences it might be hard but we really wish everyone could understand, there are weeks where paying players have a luxury of events but there are weeks where we have events for non-paying players. Given this as a business entity, i don't have to elaborate and hope we are mature enough to support Naruto Online either with our time or for those who have gone more than that we are truly thankful and we will try our best to provide ample service and enjoyments for everyone.
and while i am at this, please stop flaming with the F2P / P2P agenda in this thread, keep it to the events and ill be deleting those unnecessary replies.

The mood scroll thing..if it was taken away SO easily, just like that. Cant ya know..cant that function that removed it just be reversed? lol -

Correct me if I am wrong, but Germany don't have it either right ?
And the wheel is exactly the same as China wheel, so why would they change it.

Nope, we wont stop asking.
You know why? Because it was said they would be put back, so we're just holding them accountable for something they said.
It will be let go when they either put it back, or admit they lied about it. -
