  • Skill books are acquired by refining fragments of the characters, right? Doesn't that mean it's impossible to actually get the skill books until the ninja is five-starred?

    If so, what is the purpose of having different skills unlock at four-star varieties?
You can get skill books while at 4*, you would just have to use fragments for that instead of increasing ninja's stars
