Brothers (32k/37600/43200) have all gold tools in all 3 mode, all drops are gold, with red gourd in hard mode.

You sound newish so this doesn't quite apply to you. But there was a tool secondary stat nerf from a while back. So it is possible that lower tier tools from before the nerf might be better than highest tier tools you can get today. If you weren't around when the good stat was being dropped, you don't need to worry about this. Just saying this for completeness sake--secondary stat matters.

Level doesn't mean anything, TI are now power gated. There are some lv 70s that can do borthers but also ones that can't do 20k.
