1＃ Go ToThe team itself is quite great. Damage is great, healing is great and the combos are great added to the debuffs such as Poison, Ignite, Paralyze and Immobilize. It works pretty good especially if your barrier is up giving you more buffs. For me, when I used the team, it simply did not work well even though I had my barrier up and even though I was stronger than my opponents.
You can beat the team by using the formation I have. You don't have to use the same ninjas but I've placed ninjas on each end because these Mabui, Mei, Gnw Tenten based teams usually occupy on end of the Tactics(?). So, that way you can iniatiate a combo on Mabui. Mabui is the key to this team as she provides a lot of chakara for the team. If you can kill her or lock her down at the end of round 1, just finish her off next round and you'll most likely win.

The best way I found to beat that team was if I can interrupt GNW ten tens mystery first turn I have a easy time due to no paralyze 2nd turn and use mystery combo burst.
Or basically have higher initative and combo mabui down with your first character first turn to make her skip her turn for no additional chakra.

The any roshi lineups I've met so far up to 10k more power than me died, except for the earth main immortal team, so no, not at all.
Both blitz and kisame work only if you have higher initiative and kisame one could fail if in round 1 the clone dies, giving them the chakra you stole with standard attack. -

Assuming similar power levels, this team can't be beat unless you have higher initiative and gain the barrier, there is a reason why it is called the water me

To stand a chance of winning, you need satisfy 2 condition below:
1. your action 1 ninja must be faster than mabui to shut her down in round 2
2. you need to acupuncture water in round 1 after her turn so that she cant mystery heal in round 2
Worth mentioning, Blitz team stand a chance to round 1 mabui depending on positioning.
You also need some luck to avoid paralyze from tenten chase so that your combo is not broken, especially for danzo row lineups.

Mabui is the key to beat this team. If you can lock her down and get rid of her in round 2 you're good assuming that you and the other person have similar power difference
Since I run a root team, paralyze by tenten and round 1 is no problem for me but Scarlet's Illusion mystery works great for protection

you could lock her round at round 1 after water main heals her up so that way you can kill her round 2 assuming you comboed or did enough damage to her in round 1 -

- Blitz team R1 kill Mabui - requirements: power and initiative. If u can kill Mabui at R1, their whole team is over until they can do anything again at R3.

this team is too strong .. i use it all the time ... kisame is not to useful there is a player who is stronger then me with 3k and he use kisame + killer B Samihada but he keep losing even when he kills mabui cuz when tenten use her mystery in R3 the fight is over -

The key point to beat this team is to immobilized Mabui in first time so that she can't use her passive to provide chakra to the team. Tenten can't use his mystery in first round which give you 50% more chance to win the game. However, if you have low initiative, the method from above is not gonna work. The other way to do is like what ppl said use acupuncture to tenten and then try to find some ways to immobilized Mabui. -

TBH, a lot of players run this 1010 team because they are confident in their initiative. And it works everywhere, PVP and PVE.
But if you face against SLIGHTLY stronger team. This 1010 team is too squishy even with Mabui's shield. Blitz team can take down Mabui R1 with crit no problem.
When you look at space time. There is like 0 Azure that runs this team other than abusing her healing tips, chaos and poison tai. -
