Reinstalled client and flashplayer, cleared cache, run game but nothing works. Browser working completely fine. Reply

Hi there,

Do you have any sort of error message displayed on that loading screen?
At what % are you stuck, and what's the loading text? (small text beneath loading bar)

No error whatsoever. Just "Loading..." on black screen.

News & Event box is always empty every time I open mini-client. Is the problem connected?

It would mean that the client doesn't connect with our servers, I think.
Also, what part of loading are you stuck on? 0%, 14%, 100%, somewhere else?

The screen with the Pains never appeared, just black screen. The 3 dots next to 'Loading' word is blinking so its not freeze, the content just couldn't load.
