Could you please specify what "tourney" is?
Please remember that if you match with someone much stronger/weaker than you, under 60 seconds wait time, your opponents might have waited longer.

Yeah, that might be applicable, but a much stronger opponent which is waiting
for longer then 60 seconds, shouldn't be matched with a much weaker one before he reached 60 seconds as well!
When both parties surpass this 60 second dead line, yes! Before? Definitely not!
Therefore, a prompt message/query would be a nice addition to the whole matsuri system, giving the player the freedom to choose. Do i want to take the risk of might getting a much weaker but also a much stronger opponent or reset the MM and wait another 60 seconds :)

Whereas I understand your intentions, I cannot ignore what was said afterwards.
The function you mention would leave stronger players needing tons more time to complete the festival.
I will let the team know about the idea with details you presented, but at the same time, I can advise you to wait some time before entering the competition.
Most strong players that you may have issues facing usually go in early, and get done with their Matsuri fast.
@Syldor That sounds fair, although may make it more difficult for weaker players. With all that, will forward that to the team to discuss it, just something to think about :)
