Maybe you didn't read carefully what he said. You are right in saying that since he deliberately left himself at level 88 his field should have been a borderline one, but this doesn't explain at all why he didn't meet any single 87s stronger than him nor any single 89 weaker than him. The way you claim distribution works says that first all the 90s are selected and ranked by power then, after the weakest 90 is placed are the 89 that are selected and ranked by power and distributed and so on. So, whatever was his deliberate choice what he said is true. His field should have been composed by the weakest selection of 89s + all the 88s + if they were not enough to fill the field some of the top power in level 87. This is how you claim the distribution work.

And when he recharged what would change? Still the matching system doesn't work as oasis claimed it does that is the point of the post (where does he complain? You are the only one here that sees there a complaint).
