Decided to post this thread to the people who wants to pent out some of their ideas for a jutsu in Naruto. Don't be shy and post some of your own ideas :P. And yes, Kekkei Genkais and Dojutsu count.

Here are some of mine:

Doreigan(Forgot the direct translation but I think it means Enslaver Eye?)

A Dojutsu by the Axiz clan. The eyes are completely black, the symbol of a red Omega acts as the iris.This allows them to command any people they wish, as long as they are wihtin eye contact and hearing rage. When someone with the Doreigan have used it for an amount of times, then it will gain three tomoes that shapes as a triangle. These tomoes allows you to access abilities, but only three times may you choose your abilities.

Kuronosu: You can stop the world's time. But as compensation, your heart stop beating.

Raijin: You're affinity does not matter. You can conjure a bolt of lightniing of any size and any way. EIther from your hand, or from the sky above.

Erosu: A great ability for perverts. You can attract any person that you want. Although most people use this as a way to create spies and cast strong Genjutsus over enemiues.

Suigin: You're extremely fast, just like the Flash. You are nothing but a mere blur to anyone without "sharp" eyes.

Akuma: Compared to the Human Path of the Rinnegan, you can steal the souls of your enemies. But their knowldege and abilities are integrated within your own.

Aresu: You receive super strength and a larger control over the fire affintiy.

Erebasu: You can control the shadow to your bidding, similar to how Gaara controls the sand.

Zenith: Like the Susanoo of the Uchiha, this gives the user an armor of great power, but it's not gigantic. A weapon is also given to the user, depending upon their traits and preferences. The only way to gain this, is to kill one of your parents, and your sibling's eyes be implanted into yours.
