That is correct! So at the moment there are no plans for merging servers that have been merged before, but if you guys write it in the suggestion thread found in customer service:Click Here. It is highly possible that you guys can change that.

I still will recommend you post here asking for server merge because we do keep track of people asking for server merge on these threads. If you guys consistently post asking for it every single time a new one is up, we will record each one and this will speed up the merging process. Found Here.
