As far as i'm aware it should just stack automatically, the hp on the shield increases.

Yes,the shield is stacking. If you use kurenai ,the shield she uses on main will stack too. Etc.

I must have got confused someone was writing about Irukas shield giving you double shields so i was wondering if you could do that with wind main and gaara
