60 is the number you can get rare ninja in kage treasure..but not guarantee to get mei....

I didn't get Mei until after 700~ seal scrolls and my first Darui was at 1600~, legit almost pulled both Ay and Susano Sasuke before seeing Darui so yeah, your mileage can definitely vary if you get bad RNG.

I did get a ton of Danzo and Mifune dupes, though.

Well it's 60 seal scrolls to get a rare which might include Mei, but the chances of getting it slim as there are many other rare that you might pull.

i got mei ~ 400-500 so its safe to say that the chances of geting her around 60 is low:) depends on luck tho...i saw ppl talking about geting sasuke and not geting her:P

I have no literal idea as I kept pulling separate 10 draws and I didn't count how many it took me, but I have Mei. ALl i know is, it was less than 200 or 100. Can't really remember.

I got mei after 300 draws.

A friend of mine got her at 60 and a dupe at 240. Id recomend to pull until you get either her or Danzo, then perhaps turn to another treasure.
