Dropped 100 sage keys (1k coupons) on treasure of sage today shopping for good deals and have yet to see that elusive first 30-40 % advanced refine (plenty of 20 %) though. Was wondering if anyone observed such a thing for this week or it was just RNG on my side? 30 % was fairly easy to get previously for me.
