So, lately i've been having the problem that doesn't allow you to join SWB.. and i've had it for 2 weeks straight.. i asked the support but i had no useful response, so i tried some stuff around and today i was finally able to join.. i'll now list the things i've checked before entering:
1) I've deactivated Windows Firewall;
2) I've deleted my cache from google chrome;
3) I've restarted my connection (off 30 secs then on again);
4) I've stopped every useless background process from my task manager;
5) Deactivated Adblock Plus;
6) Restarted google chrome once my connection was back on;
7) Auto joined SWB when ready and didn't open any other useless windows on chrome (only one page of youtube).

Now, i'm not sure which one of these actions solved my problem, but i was able to join this evening!
Hope this helps you guys how it helped me.. i know how frustrating it is.
