Is there a ninja tier list ( i.e. X is the strongest water ninja and Y is the weakest earth ninja, et cœtera )? I found one online, but it's horribly outdated and doesn't have a lot of the new ninjas. I'm trying to focus on ninjas to obtain in drawings, and a tier list would really help me plan.
