if you hold your mouse over them they will tell you exactly what they have, I'm assuming youre talking about the level up rewards, the packs under that that unlock after reaching a certain level and can be bought with ingots once each, right?

He might be talking about the events that's going to be added tomorrow. It's most likely a pack that you can buy with ingot only for 50% off total price of the entire items inside. Wait tomorrow to see what's inside.

As long as there is no recharge event, everything is not worth it.
Ps: Noone should know what's inside the pack.
