Yes u can sweep until 9 stages n dont forget bring 12 ninjas without dead.

If you can beat all 12 stages you can sweep. But to my knowledge you cannot sweep the Breakthrough that comes after Survival trial.

im a lvl 69 you know anyway for me to beat all 12 stagess?

i dont know if this gonna work for you but you have get gaara(the fifth kazekage, tsunade(sannin war),GNW kankuro and kurenai, i was able to beat 12 stage and all the breakthrought beside one of them. :(

Normally your opponents are all beatable, only stage 12 should give you problems.
Depending on what ninjas you have to work with, get a lineup with an acu in it (hinata is your basic ninja that does this, and also good since she can tank r1)
Learn how to position your ninjas, the enemy AI will always behave the same in terms of reactive or active skilling. Keep interrupting the ninja thats about to skill by using a faster position ninja and you should be able to beat them without suffering damage.
Some tactics I used when f2p:
1) Tsunade is a good target to draw attacks (especially those r1 tobi hits) if your battles generally go to round 3.
2) A r1 initiator is good to proc chases since you know exactly how their position is (naruto, kank gnw).
3) Having an acu is not always needed against enemy barrier ninjas, sometimes its prefarable since the barrier ninja will always be used by AI to skill in the next round, easy chase acu target.

Survival pretty much teaches you how to optimize placement and initiation.

If anything goes wrong in the fight, like failing to interrupt etc when you could, just retreat and try again. The AI should more or less do the same thing over and over again.

Remember to reset on the same day you cleared Survival Trial though. If you reset on the day after, you'll lose your 9-stage sweep availability.

In early stages of the game you just rely on more lineups to win (you have 12 ninjas available for that reason. Could be you need to sacrify one lineup for a particular hard step). As far as your main doesn't die it's all right.
