The super rare from jinjiriki hes op, other ninjas from kage, tpain, will be useless againts him. Only Mei Nad dazno will still be a little bit good when the jinjiriki come out

Roshi is really good I would save my scrolls to get both super rares, bc then other ninjas will be useless againts them

From what i have read from the German version is that Roshi along with the other rare's in that treasure won't change that much until the game is updated to 3.0 what changes the damage calculation's. Through that you will see lighting blitz die in PVP system while it's still viable in PVE. Along with that update it seems the current wind team meta will still become even better.
