i use PB Sasuke, but i just recently 3 starred him. i used him at 2 stars also and i think he is pretty decent :-).
I use him with this lineup ( I am a Water Main though ) :
Wait. why dont u use Mei.
She goes really well with PB. They both chase each other.
With Monkey King summon u almost delete a unit. -
