I got six path sennin last season and logged in and got the mail on June 1, but didn't extract the rewards. I looked for the mail today and I don't have any system mail before 6/3/17. It says that mail is only deleted after 15 days. Reply

Hi there,

Have you entered Arena since the start of the new season? If not then try going into Arena and you should then receive your rewards via in game mail... :)

Yes. I have entered into Arena. I received the mail. The mail got deleted.

So you received it before the 3/6/17 but didn't claim the rewards and it has now been deleted by the system?

Correct. I received it on 1/6/17 I believe. I didn't think it would get deleted for a few more days based on the message at the bottom of the mailbox (rewards stay for 15 days).

not trying to be an ass but why the hell wouldnt u claim ur rewards asap?? if u dont claim it theres a chance u will accidentally delete it, which u probably did

I did not delete it. I've never deleted a mail before today. I don't think it concerns you why I claim or don't claim anything.

Cause its easier to get yourself up to Super Kage from Ninja Star Student within that time frame, then claim the rewards to get the extra 12 points,then to immediately get that 12 points and skip all the easy wins and struggle more at Super Kage.

Hi There,

I apologize for the delayed response... :)

The system will also auto delete mail when your inbox is full and you receive new mail even if the rewards haven't been claimed... In future I would suggest claiming your rewards sooner... :)

hmm thats a good point, he just has to make sure he claims his rewards at the right time
