Once the Cat quiz event notice appear-you have 10 minutes to join it. You can register and enter it already and wait there for 10 min for test to start. Hint- you click that *on there once for register- and then click it second time to actualy enter.

As for team Instance- I agree, time for it could be extended just like on weekends.
