Dear OASIS,

Over the last couple of days, I have been on an ongoing customer support ticket battle. Everytime I have responded to a ticket that I got a response back from Oasis, I will respond very soon. This will range from 4 mins to under an hour. I have noticied that it does not matter when I respond, they will always respond to me AT A CONSTANT 24 hours later. Starting from 6/2, an issue that I had resolved with paypal customer service and my bank, should already be resolved by Oasis customer service too. I have tried calling Oasis paypal and emailing them but 1. The phone is always busy (??) and 2. The email it gives me says that the mailbox is full and cannot accept mail. How is this even possible? To stop helping the customer when they are in active need of your help, responding to a ticket 24 hours later CONSTANTLY. It is like you do not even want to help me at all. I am very frustrated with this situation and want help with my ticket and not have a need to wait so long for help.

I really appreciate your help Qolem but I am just very sad that as a VIP member there is a distinct lack of help/support for my issue.
