When i just gave up on him, sitting at those 76 frags since finishing training... i just got him 2 times opening 60 mobilization chests. I didn't even know he was a drop so... well in the end there is always hope

Yep. 5-6 lvl 4 mags and double tendos were the only drops worth to mention.
