So, here is some experience on those fire temple treasure : about 1200 ingot/coupon, you can get full reward from the treasure.
And then the Lucky * : i have done 2 10 draw here is the reward:

yea, pretty much not worth to do that...just a test for the new event....and for the fire temple treasure, its like 1200 coupon with 2 level 4 rune package...and then some other pack that is repeated....i guess this event is way better than the golden egg event.

Spender review (f2p can just ignore this): 1. new event...sounds good...haven't participant yet.
2. Don't really understand why this sh1t event exists...i guess ppl would rather have solid reward like itachi susanoo in top-up rank.
3. Fire temple treasure, this event is very controversial... neither bad nor good...1200 coupon/ingot can get 1 piece sasuke susanoo, or 2 piece hashirama frag. with other lv4 summon rune pack or scroll...depends on your opinion. I myself think the reward is fine, better than the golden egg event.
4. Total recharge rebate : well, if you need Hokage package, go for it. Personally think only Minato, hashirama is worth value.
5. Time-limited shop, good synergy with fire temple treasure, and Lucky *. Good for spender.
6. Mission General Mobilization, this event is good for both f2p and p2w. P.S Personally think only medium refine is worth to redeem....other stuff is too expensive.
7. Hmmm...bad reward....if the fragment switch to susanoo susake and prizes are double, that would be better. Otherwise, it *s.
8. typical event...if you need those items, just buy them.
9. Summon rebate : typical weekly event....don't have comment on it.
10. recruit feedback : same as above rebate....don't have comment on it
11. Sakura festival: well, hmmm, BBQ is waiting for you...don't expect too much on this event.Overall rate : below average.......another chill week

The last comment : All above comment is based on my point of view. I personally don't think spending money on this game is an action of being a whale...it more like a business deal. if you really enjoy it and it gives you fun time, it worth to spend. If not, just be a f2p player...no one force you to spend.
