Yeh that saks, there is a trick to avoiding it, if you see you are being camped just reload game, it will put you outside swb where you can change team safely. But you need to be fast there is 2 minutes time limit to get back in and you can't do this a lot or it will also kick you out of sage, 1-2 times per sage is ok though.
