Here's a few tips in ranked : have a backup healer/reviver, got aoe attack, can do auto and manual barrrier if needed; and debuff for screwing enemy teams (looking at you watermain equips with poison tai)

Here's a few team using your own ninja rooster : -

Tsunade(sannin) - Guy - Kage Gaara
GNW Sai - x - x
x - x - x

Tobi - Torune - x
Itachi - Kabuto - x
x - x - x
