Ive heard that at some point we get damage recalculations. Battles last longer, so a ninja like Roshi shine there. I saw a lot of videos of Chinese streamers and Roshi is almost always there along with Hashirama Edo.
I think I'll grab him when he comes, even if I can't fully use him. -

i got it saved but i am also close to super rare in kage so dont know whats better superrare in kage or roshi? -

save for roshi the kage super rares are completly forgoten in china and even in germany they arent really used that much more -

i dont know in which sort of event you get them but in germany you can get them with coupons the price is around 11-12k and in china they appear also in this sage treasure event there they cost with the highest rebate about 8k i think -

they will be more usefull but they wont be meta except danzo in combination with reanimated hiruzen -

- Will Ay ever be useful? right now he isn't useful due to not having the right ninjas for his synergy but judging the way and speed they're releasing these treasure is Ay going right down the * tier and S.Sasuke gonna be obsolete?
Ive seen people using him in cloud ninja team from later treasure. -
