  • Muroi please tell me if 6 tails Naruto got buffed in 3.0. I understood that his skills are going to be improved, like getting a passive which gives him 1.2% nin and att for every life percentage missing instead of that 15% increased critical hit. However I don't know if this will happen in 3.0 or 4.0
that how was the original naruto 6 tail with the passive 1.2 1.5% before but he got nerfed not buffed he will never get that buff again ,at last if they dont change it again in china so will get change here aswell

roshi hes only 210 seals not more that how was in china and german server aswell at last when he come out before they merged the treasure
