I don't know if it is Oasis or the mods in the forums, but they are one step forward, two step backwards all the time.

Many threads in the General section have been removed since they turned a bit salty, which is undet the TOS and normal in any community.

HOWEVER, in all properly managed forums, the threads that infringe on the forum rules firest get closed with a post from a mod stating why it was closed and if necessary that it will be deleted in the following x days.

In this game/forum the communication to players is non existent. So threads get deleted and people wonder why. If they contained useful information like the one dealing with survival breakthrough, the information is lost which is extremely frustrating to everyone.

Please, before deleting a thread give a reson as to why, then close it for a couple of days, the delte it. Otherwise you annielate your community and make it even more toxic. Which is I assume the opposite from what you are trying to do.
