I think using them for each equipment is a better option. Since there is no wish points.

use them relatively equal, with slight emphasis with the one which has better purification rating

Wish is great if u plan to upgrade an equipment more than once. Else this event is so much greater!

Right now I'm upgrading all equally, focusing mostly on my #1 and #2 ninjas. When I decide to jump to Advanced Refinement, then I say go all in. Collect like 1200 Advanced Refines and upgrade it to the end. Else you lose a loooot of wish credits aka. a lot of refines!

Whatever you do, make sure you dont level so you dont waste the potential wish credit value in the future. Going to 25% of the bar max should be safe unless you're supremely unlucky
