But it doesn't matter since the only information you are given and need is that:
1. You need to wait for other ranked members (seniors then anbu then elite then everyone else) to impeach
2. It costs ingots

It seems like you are an f2p since you have an issue with ingots. So unless the leader happens to come online again or any other guild members won't use ingots, then the only option is to start a new one.
