A bit short, but enjoy either way.

Naruto did not waver and continued on charging forward, with Scarlet, Midnight and Breeze behind him. The blonde jinchuriki gritted his teeth as another horde of puppets appeared in a cloud of smoke. They were Ninjutsu puppets.

Scarlet cracked a smirk and stepped forward. "Leave this to me. This is my specialty."

Naruto just nodded and immediately left. Midnight saluted him and went to follow Naruto, along with Breeze. Scarlet formed the Ram sign and put one of the puppets to sleep. The puppets charged forward and started to surround Scarlet.

"Hn, this might be fun."

Scarlet drew out and spun multiple kunais with Exploding Tags attached to it. He threw them all to the ground and it exploded. The puppets were *n back and dispelled, instead of turning to dust.

The fire-user formed the Tiger seal and blew out a large fire dragon head. "Katon: Goryuuka no Jutsu!"The fire jutsu slammed against up to nine of the puppets and they all dispelled easily.

The puppets clapped their hands and constricted Scarlet, making him flinch. He tried to dispel the Genjutsu they placed against him. "No other choice. I'll have to use it." Scarlet concentrated and channeled chakra into his eyes. "Mangekyo Sharingan!" He opened up his eyes and it revealed the Sharingan, before it mutated and turned into the design of a sun with crossed blades in the center. What's curious about it is that the colors are inverted, like Sasuke's.

"Enton: Kagutsuchi!"

The puppets around him burst in black flames and dispelled. He flared a burst of chakra that broke him from the immobiling Genjutsu. He staggered and formed back the Tiger seal.

"Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu!"

Scarlet blew at the tip of his fingers and spat out multiple fire*. The puppets clapped thier hands once more, a glass shimmering in front of them. The fire* smashed against them and the glass shattered for the puppets attacked. But what they didn't expect were shurikens inside of the fire*. The puppets were stabbed and dispelled.

"I actually forgot that these puppets don't pose that much of a problem."

Scarlet looked around and saw that only a few puppets were left. He smirked and clapped his hands and spat out multiple * of lava rocks at the remaining puppets. They all dispelled and Scarlet smirked, but felt something behind him. With his Sharingan, he jumped away and saw two tornadoes sailing under him.

He landed and saw ten puppets, but they all had the kanji for wind. "Crap. Wind Puppets! I copied jutsus for earth and lightning, but not wind! Why did I reject Breeze-chan's offer for me to copy wind jutsus?"

The puppets spin kicked and they conjured up another line of tornados. Scarlet formed a hand sign and slammed his palm on the ground, an earth wall erecting itself in front of him. Scarlet hid behind it and tried to formulate a plan.

"Alright, what do I do now? If they were a lightning or an earth puppet, maybe I could deal with them, but nope. They're wind."

The strength of the wind jutsu proved great as the earth wall started to tear down. Scarlet gritted his teeth as the tornado proved stronger as it tore down the earth wall and caused Scarlet to jump away. But that was when he heard a voice.

"Futon: Daitoppa!"

A strong gust of wind blew against the puppets and dispelled two of them. Breeze dropped down and made Scarlet sigh in relief. The blonde looked back and smirked at the Uchiha.

"Thought I'd be of some help. I discreetly hid myself and sent a shadow clone in my stead." Breeze faced the reamining eight puppets. She inhaled deeply before exhaling a large gust of wind, but it wasn't ordinary wind, as it was filled with sand dust.

The puppets braced themselves and managed to survive. They spin-kicked conjured up another sharp tornado heading for Breeze and Scarlet. The secret Uchiha turned to the Namikaze.

"How about a little collaboration, Breeze?"

She nodded as Scarlet started weaving through a set of hand seals. Scarlet finished with the Tiger seal and blew on the tip of his finger, a large fieball gathering in front of him. Breeze grabbed her fan and released a fast wind jutsu towards the large fire jutsu.

It converged and started speeding towards the tornado. The large hot, blazing attack through the wind and slammed against the puppets. The attack burned the puppets, working since it was speened up by a wind jutsu.

Breeze and Scarlet smiled and bumped each other's fists. Before they could celebrate further, the sound of birds chirping reached their ears. Scarlet grabbed Breeze and threw theirselves on the ground.

Scarlet tripped the assailant and tossed him up. He performed a set of hand signs and his hand crackled. "Raikiri!"

And he pierced the assailant's chest and ripped his head off, tossing it on the ground. Breeze looked at it, seeing it as a puppet head, with the kanji of lightning on its face. "A Lightning Puppet?"

Scarlet landed down, as the puppet's body disintegrated. "That's bad. let's catch up with the others." Before the could, boulder clapped up on their bdoies, surpising them.

"W-what the hell?"

Breeze and Scarlet tried to move but found that they couldn't. "What the heck is the boulder's made of?"

More puppets dropped down, but this time, they had the kanji of earth on their face. Breeze growled. "Earth Puppets? * it!"

They clapped their hands and large boulder dug itself out and was launched towards the two trapped shinobi. Scarlet grinned, as he and Breeze dispelled. The puppets tilted their head in confusion, their targets just disappeared.

"Yōton: Shakugaryūgan no Jutsu!"

Scarlet expled a large amount of lava towards Shurado. The lava quickly solidified, turning into molten boulders. The attack hit the puppets and they all crumbled, signifying their deaths.

The Uchiha smirked and dusted himself. Breeze dropped down and finally noticed Scarlet's eyes. "Are you gonna explain why you have a Mangekyo Sharingan?"

"Uh, um."

Before they could discuss further, Neji dropped down. "There you two are."

Scarlet took this as a signal to deactivate his Sharingan. "Neji? What's wrong."

Neji's face looked grim. he explained why. "Crimson-san, we found him lying on the ground on the verge of death. As observed by Lee and Gai-sensei, he opened up the Gates." Neji paused and then asked. "But why did he open them, is the question."

The two looked at each other before Breeze spoke. "We'll explain on the way. Let's go back to the village."

But Scarlet grabbed Breeze by the shoulder, before she could walk away. "Wait, are you sure Naruto and Midnight can handle facing the real Pein?"

Breeze just nodded. "I have full faith in Naruto-niisan and Midnight-kun. For now, let's return to the village and help with the debris. And also check on Crimson."

Scarlet relented and nodded. The three of them went a running distance and jumped into the trees, on their way back to Konoha.
