As far as discussion about new refine event goes, stop whining. Throw few refines here and there, stay at safe value of 30-50% and u can still get your wish credits next time old refine hits the servers. Nobody says u have to dump 200 runes into 1 piece, thinking doesn't hurt. And if you don't want to participate, just wait.

I can't recall how the old refine event went since I have participated only once.

So it works like this: you get 30-50%, then you get fixed wish credit value X next event so you are, practically, 1 rune away from level up.

Is that correct?

The way the other refine event works is you get a fixed amount of wish credit towards the next level when you finish a refinement level up. So during this event you ideally want to get everything up to 30-50% and then wait until the other refine event comes around so that you can finish of the refine level up to get the wish credits towards the next level.

Basically as long as you're spending refines but not leveling up during this event you're losing out on nothing. And if you unexpectedly happen to get a lucky level up from a very low %, you won't get wish credits but the amount you saved from good luck partially makes up for it. The main thing is to be careful leveling up refine level 6 items because 6 -> 7 gets you advanced refine rune credit.

Will the other Refine event come back? When you go through a routine of stocking hundreds of refines to jump up multiple levels, bonus wish points are a whole lot more important than a couple of Advanced refines that'll never be nearly enough to be useful except for like 5 months from now.

Wish credits is far more better than this Refine rebate event. Idk about you guys but I'm not spending refines in this event :P

There's a board with 81 plates, 1 free opening per day. Each time you open a single plate you can get 5-20(not sure about max, theres a screen in previous thread where this event was) points or tailed beast image. Opening all 81 plates guarantees you 9 tailed beasts as well as ~700 points. You c*e those points in redeem section just like in any other event. While additional stuff you can get for tailed beast plates can be claimed once a day, board on its own can be reset few times a day (you need to pay X coupons for reset). Board also resets on its own at 00:00, meaning you cant stack your free tries to get multiple plates on the same board. As far as redeemables go, last time Mei was priced around 12k coupons and items for power were mostly overpriced.

Let's take a look at tailed beasts prizes: 5x X lvl mangatama pack, 2x seal scroll, 2x summon scroll, 3x medium refines, 3x cave keys, 3 purification runes, large stamina potion, mood scroll. Looking at shop prices its 544+10(ingot value of 50 stamina purchased)+ 315(depending on mangatama lvl,my guess is 4x lv3 and 1x lv4)= 869 coupons. NOTE that its flat shop value, meaning you often get those items with at least 30% discount during events.

You can reset the plates 3 times, after each reset you can claim rewards once more (no idea if its daily or during the whole event- not specified). After reset you dont get another free daily 1 opening.

Is it worth? It depends only on pricing of the redeemables. If you arent after a certain ninja, better spend on lucky board. Edit: changed info about reseting the board, this thing changed from the last time.

If it works like the previous time, basically you can open individually 1 square for 10 coupons, or open everything for 700 coupons. If you believe you can find all 9 tailed beasts in less then 70 tries manually, you can go ahead and do this. Each non tailed beast square also contains some points, these points can be redeemed for ninjas/items as per usual redeem trade.

As to whether or not it is worth it, we need to see the redeemable list first once maintanence is over. Also different people value items/ninjas differently, some have no qualms spending 10k for a ninja, others wont spend 4k. Same with the item drops like cave keys.

There's no downside to using refine runes outside of the wish credit event unless it causes your gear to level up. If you don't want to use any refine runes during this event that's fine, but you're probably going to end up missing out on some free advanced refine runes.

Also a wonderful time to go for lv 10s if you have adv refines to burn. There is no "next level" there so the other event won't have helped there.
