If you run sage naruto you can just use neurotoxin instead of water enhancement to give chaos since by using him you aren't betting on damage burst but on a slow death due to debuffs, but in that casu you use iruka, not ao, since ao synergy with sage naruto is very poor. Ningendo makes sense in mei's place if you use chojuro, ao an you don't own mei. Mei, ningendo and ao don't work that well together. Thanks. I dont have Chojuro yet, so thats off the table. Ther neurotoxin is a good choice too, I tried alredy with the SN team, but all-in-all, i had better results with with water enhance. Sometimes, especially when the opponents move one ninja has more initative, i do need that ridiculous damage of the mei mystery, to keep my hopes alive. i will try a few things out, and see what happens.

Mei mystery damage scales up very poorly against high resistances. Don't bet on her. She should be used in your lineup only as a combo starter and as a ignite dealer at the end of the round. Sage naruto mystery do way more damage if boosted by iruka and adds poison too, thing mei doesn't. You want always to use sage naruto in that case. If your initiative is lower you wait for the enemy to do their combo, you heal with main mystery and use sn mystery after. You are using a cc debuff dealing team you have to use it wisely
