Here, i think, there's a big misunderstanding since the start, so i would like to clear all the doubts and get a very precise reply from the management.
What is Oasis for naruto online?
Are you just a supplier or do you own a development team? And if is the latter the truth what that development team can do? Just choosing when to implement premade packs of upgrades coming from china or can you also create things out of nothing and modify core settings and core codes? And what kind of control you have over the translation department? Do you own one or are you asking for external help?
I think is right for us all to know the official answers to these questions just to know what is right that we ask you and what is not.

You did not address anything he asked at all. Just say you are not allowed to speak on the matter instead of giving mediocre responses. If you are allowed to however, then answer his question in it's entirety with a thought out response. Thank you.

Thanks for your reply. So, if i understand it in the right way this means you are actually a supplier but you can ask everything to chinese developers, even if they are not from your team. This means we can ask everything we think is right to ask and that if we don't get it is wholly because you don't want to give it to us (this doesn't mean in any way that you are a priori wrong and us right). I'd like to correct this statement a bit, as what I meant by my previous statement is not exactly the same with what you described.
What I meant is, we work together with the development team, and are doing our best to provide the best gaming environment possible for players.

Oasis is a publisher. Everything that happens with the game is by Tencent and Bandai Namco, when it comes to development.

I honestly think this company is *ed. They tried to get me to repay money that they already have but have been basically refusing to accept that. After over a week of me providing evidence that they already have my money, they responded with a : Here is a repayment link. I am honestly disgusted by their integrity of business that they don't even care about us, only our money. If this keeps up and customer support is not going to be helpful, I might as well ACTUALLY CHARGE BACK. How can you let an easy problem as looking in your bank account with transaction number I have given you not be comprehensible?
