This means we can ask everything we think is right to ask and that if we don't get it is wholly because you don't want to give it to us (this doesn't mean in any way that you are a priori wrong and us right). I'd like to correct this statement a bit, as what I meant by my previous statement is not exactly the same with what you described.
What I meant is, we work together with the development team, and are doing our best to provide the best gaming environment possible for players.
