2* iruka is more than good enough. Itachi and Fu do not need awakenings that much.

Talent 22322, summon shark or flood dragon.

Make sure itachi has the lowest HP in your team.
If you are patient with itachi's rng dodges, you can do it with about 46k. He doesn't need to dodge anything at 50k.


Round 1: Itachi mystery to override danzo's barrier.
Round 2: Iruka mystery on sasuke. Main mystery on danzo. Your main's mystery will kill the enemy fu puppet with splash damage, resetting the cooldown. If you cannot kill the puppet with splash, you need more power on your main. It is ok if iruka dies here.
Round 3: Main mystery on danzo. Fu mystery on sasuke. It is ok if itachi dies here.
Round 4: Main mystery on danzo if he isn't dead already, otherwise main mystery on enemy mb. Sasuke must die this round. If he lived, it means your main need more pow.
Round 5 onwards: use your main mystery on mb until he dies, then used it on fu.
