The wait time is a result of another ranked arena issue you have probally seen discussed lately.

Over half the players are giving up on arena because of negative points :o
That issue results in the issue ur having with longterm wait times. I've even watched it hit 1hour wait time ;P

    And they are paid customers... with coupons... that probably comes to a measly US$50 a month. Which you can earn more working 1 shift at MacDonalds. :L
That's terrible. I paid all my mods a regular job payment every month, but the mods did more then just handle forums lol
