They won't change arena for a simple reason: germany got this week 3.0 so very likely we will get it too within two months. In 3.0 arena gets totally revamped because in china too they had the problemw we are facing. So the only thing that we can do is to sit down quietly and hope 3.0 with the new ranked arena comes soon.
