I consider that particular event a shame for two reasons:

1) it blatantly gives misleading informations since is not true at all that you c*e 1 ingot to be lucky and get the pack you want. This apply only to very few of these things.

2) This is true gambling, is not anymore something that looks like it, because you are betting in it only with real money and if the cap gets reached and you don't win you lose everything, like in a real lottery. I am pretty sure this thing made this way goes against every law in every civilized country and doesn't matter if they are following chinese laws or not (where is forbidden too in these terms), they are aiming to western world audience.

Do you know that if a minor age boy put ingots there and doesn't win you can be sued in my country regardless the fact you claim to follow another country law, true? This applies mostly like to all others european and north american countries. If i was in you i would never show again this particular event or i would add the rule that even if the cap is reached whoever doesn't win get back their ingots as coupons.
