They cannot make changes at they please, if you wanna know what buffs and nerfs will come look at german 3.0 version, or ask someone from there. Just like we knew Tobi will be nerfed in 2.0, same will be now. Do not understand these posts with buffs and nerfes, think ppl are too much used to playing games like LOL and asking for nerfs on reddit :D
