The mizukage is one of the coolest ninjas around but i wouldnt call him strong per say compared to the kage ninjas like mei who do a little of everything and do tonn of dmg on top. Its more of a filler treasure really the good reanimated ninja like the swordsmen will be much better but they wont be here for a while. This post was last edited by Belerephon at 2017-6-14 08:35

  • I've dropped 300+ seals into Edo Tensei treasure and tested most of them out at 3 stars. While none fit in the meta spectacularly, it's worth to note that sometimes they glue perfectly into fun teams.

Rasa of course suffers from the 80 chakra challenge, but if you can manage to trigger his chase he's pretty nasty. The "guaranteed" immobile on his standard and mystery is immensely useful in situations vs super tanks that normally are "immune" due to being unchaseable, or your teams paralyzed, etc.

Gengetsu does pretty high single target dmg, but the rng on his turn 1 combo makes him difficult to plan chakra for. His tag clone is great for the next round if you have a follow up aoe to really do damage, or if you can play off the tags (Minato/Hidan, etc) Having another Edo ninja in the formation I feel is difficult, Haku comes to mind but then you need 60 chakra on turn 1 to really use them.

Ginkaku is an amazing ninja with initiative. Being able to immobile on turn 1 (interrupt or deny action/chase) is possibly one of the best counter team mysteries in the game. Add in the acupuncture chase for some extra punishment. In addition he generates chakra so he's very easy to fit into many teams.

Kinkaku on the other hand I feel is more difficult to use. His mystery is generally inferior to GNW Tenten and in my opinion wastes an opportunity to combo attack on turn 2. The shield/combo buff to another edo tensei ninja could open up some strats, but at the moment I feel like he's just a cheesy glue to a mediocre mystery combo team.

I haven't really tried out Kabuto. I see him as a superior ress bot that can delay out fights for awhile, but the 10% life is kind of a turn off. He just seems too "special" which generally means difficult to make work.
GNW Hinata I find works great with blitz - as she basically has 160% life and a repulsion mechanism. Easy to buff, easy to fit her chases in with many teams.

I think gingkaku is pretty useless as well only time you really need that turn 1 immobilise is against a blitz where root makes his cc useless .
