GNW Tenten, GNW Hinata, GNW Kankuro are imo the 3 best ninjas in the treasure. GNW Tenten is still very powerful even at 2 stars. GNW Hinata however just has much better mystery and can combo off herself. GNW Kankuro being very valuable even at 2 stars for Ninja Exam at some levels with ignite and poison (Provided you didn't pull or buy him already)

Ginkaku can offer some CC. (Had a team as Lightning Main I believe using him with Hinata and Danzo with a chase 8) And I feel he can help with Mei Mystery in round 2 or even help GNW Tenten.
