  • Just in general no idea why they would use level for anything, it means nothing in this game. Level 70 p2w can have more power then f2p level 90 who didn't play efficiently. They should just do it only by power.
Actually level does mean something, it means you have access to more if not better talents (in some situations) than others and can gain an advantage because of that.
